  The NextBe Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us” or “our”) operates https://nextbe.com (“Website”) and mobile application. The Website and Application are collectively referred to as “Platform” and any person accessing or using the Platform is referred to as “you” in this privacy policy “Privacy Policy”.

  This Privacy Policy describes how personal data that we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be used, processed or disclosed by us, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“Act”). This Privacy Policy also sets out the types of personal data we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the Platform, how we keep it secure, as well as how you can access or alter your personal data stored by us. This Privacy Policy covers use of the Platform and any other way you may connect to or interact with us through the use of the functions, products and services that link to the Platform (“Services”).

  • LANGUAGE

    In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Bahasa Melayu versions of the Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.
